Here's a bit about me!

I began my career in healthcare, spending six fulfilling years in a clinical setting where I learned how much empathy and clear communication can shape someone’s experience. That time taught me how to connect with people, collaborate across diverse teams, and handle many moving parts. All of these skills naturally carried over into my work as a designer.

I approach design with that same mindset: listen first, stay curious, and let the research and user needs guide the process. I love blending creative problem-solving with real-world data to build experiences that feel intuitive and meaningful. So far, I’ve designed AI-powered features for edtech, productivity, and fintech platforms, and helped local businesses create accessible, engaging e-commerce experiences.

Personal Insights

Why did I switch into UX design?

I've always been interested in research and letting data guide my problem solving process. Coming from a background in healthcare, this was the key to ensuring safe and informed practices. However, I found myself yearning for some creativity in my career. With UX design I get to combine my love for research-guided problem solving with the freedom to be creative - all with the added bonus of making a tangible impact!

What I do for fun

When I'm not designing, I'm a sucker for really good hikes, playing volleyball, perfecting my gnocchi making techniques, and getting demolished in board games (😞).
